1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyTransferHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

MyTransferHub provides online examinations and educational resources for transfer exam preparation including SEAG, AQE, and GL assessments. The Service may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated technologies to provide personalized learning experiences, study recommendations, educational support, and platform functionality, including the StudyBuddy and Parent Advisor chat features described further in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated content and recommendations are automated and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; they are intended to support, not replace, human judgment and instruction.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate registration information
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per individual user
  • Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription Terms

  • All paid plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
  • After the trial, the selected plan renews automatically at the advertised price unless cancelled
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Share account credentials with others
  • Copy or distribute exam content
  • Attempt to circumvent access restrictions
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, and software, is owned by MyTransferHub and protected by copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyTransferHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
